LeadBin combines recorded CRM data, rules, and optional AI assistance. We distinguish generated suggestions from recorded facts so you can decide what to trust and what to do next. Features can depend on your workspace plan, settings, and release availability.

AI features in LeadBin

Scout can answer questions about permitted workspace records and prepare editable drafts or summaries. On the public website, Scout can help visitors find information and request a follow-up. Where available, the task email composer can prepare an editable draft from a linked task and contact. Generated text is a starting point for a person to review.

Some LeadBin tools, including Revenue findings and task counts, use recorded-data rules. They are not predictive AI scores. Planned logistics analysis, autonomous outreach, and other proposed features are not described here as available services.

Human review and control

Review AI-generated text before relying on it or sharing it. A draft does not send itself: a person must select an authorized mailbox, review the recipient and content, and confirm the send. Scout cannot independently change CRM records. Workspace access controls determine which records a signed-in user may request.

Data used for responses

When you ask Scout for workspace help, LeadBin may send relevant permitted CRM context with your request to its AI provider to generate a response. Connected Google activity is excluded from Scout by default; a user can separately opt in to use contact-matched email subjects and meeting titles. Message bodies are not imported for that option. The Privacy policy explains this and the available controls in more detail.

Limits and accuracy

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check source records before acting on a suggestion, especially for financial, customer, or operational decisions. LeadBin does not present an AI-generated estimate as verified revenue or a prediction unless the underlying evidence supports that label.
