The progress behind the product.

  1. PilotApproved pilot only

Campaign delivery now supports workspace-owned providers

Approved workspaces can connect their own Brevo account or dedicated campaign SMTP mailbox before a reviewed launch.

    • Campaign sending remains gated by workspace, sender verification, authenticated feedback, consent, suppression, and recipient limits.
    • Personal SMTP remains separate and never turns on a campaign automatically.
    • Provider sending quotas and charges belong to the connected account.

  2. ImprovementAvailable now

    More control over QuoteBin invoices

The invoice list supports clearer review, while unissued direct drafts can be deleted and open unpaid Stripe invoices can be voided with an audit reason.

    • Deleted drafts leave the active list; voided invoices remain visible for the financial record.
    • Paid invoices cannot be deleted or voided, and QuoteBin does not email a buyer automatically when an invoice is voided.

LeadBin video meetings are available in every workspace

Signed-in members can start a private audio or video call from Teamwork or a workspace-visible Calendar meeting.

    • Calls include a device preview, audio and video controls, screen sharing, and temporary participant chat.
    • Each room supports up to eight members for 60 minutes. New calls are subject to shared monthly capacity and concurrent-room limits.
    • External guests, recording, and transcription remain disabled. Existing external meeting links continue to work.

QuoteBin connects quotes, contracts, and invoices

Workspace owners and admins can enable the optional QuoteBin plugin and connect their own Stripe merchant for reviewed sales documents.

    • Create a private, versioned quote and collect buyer approval before preparing a separate contract.
    • Contract approval issues a Stripe invoice; an issued or delivered invoice is not automatically paid.
    • The workspace must enable QuoteBin and complete its own Stripe onboarding before payable documents can be issued.

Issue a QuoteBin invoice without a quote

An enabled QuoteBin workspace can save and review a direct invoice for work that is already agreed.

    • Choose a saved contact or company, or enter a one-time buyer email, then add USD line items and a payment period.
    • Save a private draft, review the recipient and amount, and explicitly issue through the connected Stripe merchant.
    • Copy the hosted link or request Stripe email delivery; payment status remains visible in QuoteBin.

  6. ImprovementAvailable now

Clearer workspace ownership and personal sending

Settings now shows active workspace owners and supports display-name changes; members can connect personal SMTP for reviewed one-to-one email.

    • Owners and admins can rename a workspace without changing its ID, membership, or records.
    • An active non-viewer member connects an individual SMTP identity in one workspace and confirms each message before sending.
    • General Personal email does not sync Inbox or Sent mail or enable campaign sending.

A clearer workspace Overview and People workbench

LeadBin now gives teams a more useful workspace Overview and a fuller contact workbench, with refreshed public screens that show how the pieces fit together.

    • Overview brings saved pipeline, follow-through, activity, calendar, and service facts into a single starting point.
    • People supports full-workspace search and filters, reviewed CSV or Excel imports, inline edits, and workspace-shared prospect lists.
    • The public tour, FAQs, guides, and developer documentation now reflect these screens and distinguish selected-workspace pilots from general features.

  8. PilotApproved pilot only

LeadBin video calls and in-call chat enter a selected-workspace pilot

Eligible members in selected workspaces can open a private in-app call from Teamwork or a workspace-visible Calendar meeting.

    • New calls support audio, video, screen sharing, and participant chat. Post lasting decisions in Teamwork; call chat is not archived there.
    • Pilot rooms allow up to eight members for 60 minutes. Recording, transcription, and external guests are disabled.
    • Other workspaces can continue sharing existing external meeting links. This pilot is not included in every plan.

More workspaces included with paid plans

Free includes one owned workspace, Starter up to three, Growth up to five, and Scale has no workspace cap.

    • One paid subscription covers the included workspaces owned by the same account. Joining someone else's workspace does not use a slot.
    • Seat and contact limits apply to each workspace. Existing separate subscriptions are not automatically consolidated.
    • Check your allowance in Settings before creating another workspace. Contact billing support to change or consolidate an existing subscription.

Plan the week in LeadBin Calendar

Calendar now brings dated tasks and LeadBin meetings into week and day views for every workspace.

    • Start with tasks assigned to you or switch to the whole workspace, then schedule a private or workspace-visible LeadBin meeting.
    • Unscheduled Teamwork meeting links stay beside the calendar. Adding a link does not send invitations or create a provider meeting.
    • Google and Microsoft event reading remains limited to approved read-only connections.

Teamwork brings the conversation into the workspace

Active members can now share updates, discuss customer records, and send private direct messages without leaving LeadBin.

    • Reply in threads, mention teammates, and search workspace conversations.
    • Turn a shared message into an assigned follow-up task linked to its source.
    • Share an existing Meet, Teams, or Zoom link; built-in audio and video are not included.

A faster way through today's tasks

Tasks opens on work due today, with selected-task actions for stage and assignee changes and a follow-up choice when work is completed.

    • Select multiple tasks and change their stage or assignee together.
    • A completed task prompts you to schedule another follow-up or skip it; no new task is created automatically.

Start a pipeline from a reviewed industry kit

Preview a stage sequence, install a separate pipeline, and optionally add tags or editable follow-up drafts.

    • A kit does not move existing opportunities or tag them automatically.
    • Optional workflow drafts remain inactive until reviewed and activated; no message is sent by installation.

Share a saved proposal version with a private link

Growth and Scale workspaces can create an expiring link to a saved proposal PDF, review explicit opens, and revoke access when needed.

    • Links stay tied to a specific saved version and expire after 14 days; LeadBin does not send the link for you.
    • A preview does not count as an open. Opening the PDF records link activity, but does not prove who viewed it, agreement, or a signature.

Ask Scout about your next 90 days of pipeline

In Growth and Scale workspaces, Scout can summarize open opportunities with close dates in the next 90 days using the amounts and probabilities already saved in LeadBin.

    • The answer separates currencies and shows how many open deals have enough recorded inputs to be included.
    • It is a read-only weighted view of saved pipeline data, not a promise of revenue or a measured forecast-accuracy score.

A read-only event feed ready for Zapier polling

Workspace owners can use a dedicated read-only token to retrieve recent LeadBin events for a reviewed Zapier polling workflow.

    • Released October 21. Stable event IDs help a polling Zap avoid duplicate triggers.
    • The feed excludes mail and calendar contents; signed outbound webhook delivery remains a separate controlled pilot.

    Forecasts make missing inputs visible

The 90-day forecast now shows probability coverage and exclusion reasons for the selected pipeline.
