Put the work in writing
Build a private quote from saved services or custom line items. Review its buyer-facing version, PDF, terms, and recipient before sharing a link.
QuoteBin keeps the sales document trail beside your customer records: a reviewed quote, a separate buyer-approved contract, and an invoice issued through your own Stripe merchant.
Enable per workspace in Settings → Plugins. Stripe merchant setup is required before issuing a payable document. Each step stays distinct, so a quote acceptance cannot be confused with a signed contract or a paid invoice.

After quote approval, prepare the contract as its own document. The buyer confirms both stages using codes delivered to the addressed email.
Contract approval issues a Stripe invoice from the workspace merchant. See whether it is open or paid without mistaking delivery for payment.
Start in Invoices, choose a saved contact or enter a one-time buyer email, and add catalog or custom USD line items. Save a private draft, review the amount and recipient, then explicitly issue it. Copy the hosted payment link or ask Stripe to email the invoice.

Keep commonly quoted work in a workspace catalog and adjust line items when a project is different.
Publish a quote version and share its private link deliberately. Revisions retain their own history.
Link documents to a person or company when one exists so the team can find the customer context later.
Each enabled workspace uses its own connected Stripe account. LeadBin plan billing stays separate.
QuoteBin is optional. Your owner or admin enables it; the seller completes Stripe onboarding and reviews the buyer-facing identity before sending.
