These terms apply to LeadBin’s website and application, a product of Gone Fishing Labs LLC. They are written for the people and organizations that create or use a LeadBin workspace. Our Privacy policy separately explains how information is handled. Our AI Governance page describes current AI features and human review.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using LeadBin, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Additional written terms may apply to a separately agreed pilot or business arrangement. If those terms conflict with these general terms, the separately agreed terms control for that arrangement.
Accounts, roles, and workspaces
Each user is responsible for safeguarding their own login, using access only as authorized, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Workspace owners and admins choose whom to invite, what roles to grant, and whether a member should keep access. Actions taken through an account may be attributed to that account for security and audit purposes.
A workspace is separate from other workspaces. Being a member of one does not grant access to another. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account. LeadBin may require verification or additional steps for sensitive account recovery or security changes.
Your data and permissions
You retain your rights in the information you and your team enter into a workspace. You permit LeadBin and its service providers to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that information as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service, and follow your authorized instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to add or connect personal information, including imported contacts and third-party account data. You decide who within your workspace may see and work with it, subject to the controls available in your plan. Do not use LeadBin to collect or process information in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Exports and deletion options depend on the feature and role. If you need help retrieving or closing a workspace, contact us before access ends. Some information may remain in backups, audit records, payment records, or provider systems for operational or legal reasons, as explained in the Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use LeadBin for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass permissions or security controls; access another workspace without authorization; interfere with the service; upload malicious code; scrape or overload systems; or use the service to send deceptive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications.
If a messaging or campaign feature is available to your workspace, you remain responsible for recipient permissions, accurate sender information, opt-outs, and the content you send. A CRM record or an imported address is not, by itself, proof of marketing consent. LeadBin may limit or stop activity that threatens other users, providers, or the service.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Our pricing page describes current plan limits and prices. Paid subscriptions are priced in USD for the account owner and the number of owned workspaces included in the selected plan, with the monthly or annual interval shown before checkout. Seats and contact limits apply to each workspace; existing separate subscriptions are not automatically consolidated. Annual plans are charged upfront and renew yearly; displayed monthly equivalents are comparisons, not monthly installments. Taxes, if applicable, are shown or handled during checkout.
Stripe processes subscription payments. Paid plans renew for the selected interval unless canceled according to the subscription’s checkout or billing terms. When paid checkout is presented in the app, workspace owners and admins can start a subscription. Changes to an existing subscription may require support. For cancellation, invoice, or plan-change help, contact info@theleadbin.com before the next renewal. We will explain available options and the effective date of a requested change. We do not promise an in-app billing portal where one is not available.
Unless a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, charges already incurred are not automatically refunded when use stops. We will review billing errors and refund requests individually. A free plan is subject to its published limits and may change with notice.
Features, pilots, and third-party services
Feature access depends on your plan, workspace settings, role, and deployment availability. Some capabilities—including connected Google and Microsoft mail/calendar data, customer-owned revenue connectors, campaign sending, and customer portal workflows—are limited pilots or not generally available. A feature shown in documentation or a test workspace is not a promise that it is enabled for every customer. Check the pricing page for current availability notes.
If you choose to connect a third-party service or open an external meeting link, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply. You authorize the data exchange needed for the connection you approve. You can disconnect supported provider accounts in Settings; disconnection may not revoke consent or remove data already held by the provider.
LeadBin Calendar manages its own dated tasks and meetings. Manual external meeting links do not create provider invitations. Active workspace members can use an in-app audio or video call supplied through Daily, subject to participant, duration, and usage limits. In-call chat is temporary and is not archived in Teamwork; recording, transcription, and external guests are disabled. Members can also continue using their own external meeting links.
Scout and generated output
Scout is an AI-assisted feature. Public-site chat can answer general questions but has no access to your private workspace. Signed-in business-question modes use only supported, permitted workspace facts and are read-only. Some requested responses are generated by OpenAI. Do not put confidential information into the public chat.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for reviewing it and for any action you take based on it. Scout can prepare a personal email draft, but sending requires your review, confirmation, and a connected mailbox; Scout does not independently send messages, update records, offer professional advice, or guarantee business outcomes. Optional use of connected Google activity in Scout requires a separate setting as described in the Privacy policy.
Availability, maintenance, and changes
We work to keep LeadBin reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, or Internet failures may affect access. We may improve, modify, limit, or retire features; for material changes that affect your use or a paid plan, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Do not rely on LeadBin as your only copy of information that is critical to your business. Use available export options and maintain your own records where appropriate.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using the service, but stopping use does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Contact us for subscription cancellation or workspace closure if no self-service control is available. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful or harmful use, unpaid charges, or a material violation of these terms. When practical, we will explain the issue and how access may be restored.
After closure, access to the workspace may end. Retention and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy policy and any applicable written agreement.
LeadBin materials and feedback
We retain rights in the LeadBin service, its software, branding, and documentation. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account is authorized and in good standing; they do not transfer our intellectual property. You may tell us how to improve LeadBin, and we may use that feedback without an obligation to implement or compensate for it. Your feedback does not give us ownership of your workspace data.
Responsibility and limits
We provide the service with reasonable care, subject to the limitations described here and any applicable law. LeadBin does not guarantee a particular sales result, recovery amount, forecast outcome, or uninterrupted access. Information shown in dashboards or AI-assisted features should be checked against source records before making consequential decisions.
Neither party is responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any additional warranty, service level, liability allocation, or data-processing commitment must be agreed in writing by the parties; this page does not create one implicitly.
Questions and changes to these terms
LeadBin is a Gone Fishing Labs LLC product. Send questions, billing requests, or account concerns to info@theleadbin.com. We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; we will give notice of material changes as appropriate and will not silently apply a material change to a separately signed agreement.
