Set up QuoteBin for a workspace
Enable the plugin and connect the right Stripe merchant before sharing payable documents.
Follow the steps
Choose the workspace
Confirm the workspace switcher shows the business that will sell the work. QuoteBin settings and documents do not cross workspace boundaries.
Enable QuoteBin
As an owner or admin, open Settings → Plugins and enable QuoteBin for this workspace. Enabling alone does not create a Stripe account or charge anyone.
Complete business details
Open Sales → QuoteBin → Settings. Review the business name, billing email, seller-facing terms, and optional logo.
Connect Stripe
Use the Stripe Connect setup in QuoteBin. Complete merchant onboarding in Stripe yourself, then return and use Check connection status. Compare Stripe’s public seller name with the business name customers expect.
Check the result
QuoteBin shows the correct workspace and the payment connection says Ready before you publish a payable quote or issue an invoice.
LeadBin subscription billing is separate. Each workspace that uses QuoteBin needs its own enabled plugin and connected merchant.
