Issue an invoice without a quote
Bill agreed work directly from a reviewed QuoteBin draft.
Follow the steps
Start in the right workspace
Open QuoteBin → Invoices → New invoice. The workspace must have QuoteBin enabled and a ready Stripe merchant.
Choose the recipient
Link an existing person or company when one exists, or enter a one-time buyer email. A linked contact’s email must match the invoice recipient.
Build the invoice
Add catalog or custom USD line items, review the total, and choose a 7, 14, 30, or 60 day payment period. Save a private draft first.
Review and issue
Reopen the draft, verify the seller, recipient, items, and amount, then issue it explicitly. Copy the hosted Stripe link or request Stripe email delivery; uncertain delivery is shown for review rather than resent automatically.
Follow payment
Return to Invoices for payment and refund status. A linked direct invoice also appears in the contact Journey.
Check the result
The invoice appears with a Direct invoice source label and the expected Stripe state.
Issuing a direct invoice does not create a quote or contract. A sent or open invoice is not proof of payment.
