Start a LeadBin video call

Use a private in-app call and participant chat in an enabled workspace.

Follow the steps

01

Check availability

Sign in and choose an enabled workspace. LeadBin video is available to eligible active members in every workspace, subject to shared room and monthly usage limits.

02

Start from Teamwork or Calendar

In a Teamwork conversation, choose Start call. For a scheduled call, create a workspace-visible Calendar meeting with LeadBin video and open its meeting card. A private Calendar meeting cannot start a group video call.

03

Join the member-only meeting

Open the LeadBin meeting page, review your camera and microphone, and join. Share its member link only with people who have access to that workspace and, for a private chat, the source conversation. An external guest cannot join.

04

Use chat during the call

Open Chat inside the call to message participants. People joining later can see the chat from that call. To keep a decision or follow-up after the room ends, post it in the related Teamwork conversation.

05

Leave or end the call

Use Leave to exit, or End for everyone when appropriate. A room supports up to eight participants and expires after 60 minutes. If native calling is unavailable, use an existing external meeting link.

BEFORE YOU MOVE ON

Check the result

The call opens for an eligible member and its in-call Chat control is available on a newly started room.

Worth knowing

In-call chat is not archived in LeadBin or copied into Teamwork. Recording, transcription, and external guests are disabled. LeadBin also limits active rooms and monthly usage.
