TEAM COLLABORATION / 5 MIN READ

Plan with Calendar

See dated tasks across month, week, and day views, schedule a LeadBin meeting, and understand connected-event boundaries.

Follow the steps

01

Open the right workspace

Choose the intended workspace, then open Work → Calendar. Switch between Month, Week, and Day; select a date in Month to open its details in Day. Tasks start with those assigned to you, or choose Whole workspace. Times follow your device time zone.

02

Choose what to show

Use the source checkboxes to show or hide tasks, LeadBin meetings, and any connected events available to your account. A Google or Microsoft connection is a separate approved pilot; the source status shows when it is not connected or not available.

03

Schedule a LeadBin meeting

Choose Schedule meeting or Add meeting on a day. Enter a title, start and end, and choose Only me or Workspace members. A supported HTTPS Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom link is optional. Any workspace can choose LeadBin video for a workspace-visible meeting. Review the visibility before saving.

04

Keep Teamwork links in context

Meeting links posted in Teamwork without a date appear in the Calendar side panel, not in a time slot. Open the conversation or add a separate dated LeadBin meeting when a time is agreed.

05

Review before the call

Open the calendar item and confirm its time, visibility, source, and meeting link. Update or remove a LeadBin meeting when plans change; this does not change an external provider meeting.

BEFORE YOU MOVE ON

Check the result

The meeting appears on the intended day and is visible only to the audience you selected.

Worth knowing

LeadBin meetings do not send invitations or create Google, Microsoft, or Zoom events. Connected provider events are read-only and private to the signed-in user. Native audio/video requires an eligible signed-in member and available shared call capacity.
