Save and share a proposal version
Create a reviewable PDF link, understand open evidence and revoke access when needed.
Follow the steps
Open the right opportunity
In Opportunities, open the deal and choose Proposals. Confirm the workspace and deal before adding a proposal draft.
Save a draft and version
Name the proposal, then open View document & versions. Add line items and terms, save a new version, and download its PDF to review the exact snapshot before sharing.
Create the private link
Choose Create private link for the saved version. Copy the new 14-day link and send it through your own approved channel; LeadBin does not send it for you.
Interpret the evidence
A recipient can preview the proposal title without recording an open. Choosing Open proposal PDF records link activity that appears beside the version in LeadBin.
Revoke when appropriate
Use Revoke link to stop access immediately. A new link replaces the previous link for that version.
Check the result
The saved version has the reviewed PDF and, if you shared it, the correct link status and explicit-open count. A revoked link shows unavailable to its holder.
Anyone holding an active link can open it. An open does not verify recipient identity, delivery, reading, agreement or an e-signature.
